  Q.How to Refund with us?

Please kindly send the email to us as soon as possible once you decided to make the refund ticket.
Refund will be processed in the same method of payment within 90 working days as our refund policy.
(If you refund directly at Railway Station in Thailand by own arrangement, will get cash back immediately)

Q.What to do when ticket lost?

  1. Please kindly go to the Police Station as soon as possible once you know that ticket lost. Report to police for train ticket details such as Routing , Traveling Date , Train number , Seat number. (Report fee THB20)
  2. Bring the police report to nearest Train Station for re-issue new ticket (at least 3 hours before train departure time)
  3. Get the new ticket with same details , then check-in on the train.
